In many industries, the corners in those components are a constant issue for the maintenance crew since material build- up has to be cleaned regularly. Polyurethane products are casted parts and can therefore be formed in any geometry without causing special costs for a certain angle, corner or rounding.<\/p>\n<p>The corner curve mad of Hawiflex by Contex is a good addition to the lining options we have for using the habermann materials PU- sheet material. The sheets can be cut to size on site as usual, taking the side lengths of the corner curve into account. As an alternative we also deliver the plates in customized shape. The corner curve has two metal inserts which are cast along the sides. They secure the hold of the bolt connection. Cutting can be carried out with suitable tools without any problems.<\/p>\n<p>The result is a rounding of the corners in your chutes, slides, funnels or shafts and many other thinkable components. Open and round surfaces offer less potential for material build-up, which is definitely an advantage wherever components are difficult to clean.
